We only deliver to UK addresses

Postage Prices

We aim to be fair on postage prices. We use Royal Mail second class deliveries, and will only charge you what it actually costs us to post your order. Therefore, our postage costs are all based on weight.

Each item has the (real!) weight measured before we add to site, and your cart will add up the weight and only charge you the Royal Mail cost.

As of July 2026 this is:

Letter 100g £0.91

Large Letter 100g £1.55

250g £1.90

500g £2.40

750g £2.70

Small Parcel up to 2kg £3.95

Medium Parcel 2kg £6.25

10kg £8.05

20kg £12.45

Collect in person

Don't forget, if you are in the Melton Mowbray area, you can always collect your items in person from the shop and you wont be charged any postage fee. Please wait for the email to confirm your order is ready to collect!

Order processing

Most of our items are off the shelf and we aim to post within three working days. However, if you order a bespoke item it will take a little longer, possibly up to a week. In the rare cases that we believe your order will take longer we will contact you to discuss.

Packaging

You may notice that some of your delivery packaging is recycled. We are passionate about recycling and reuse. (We all have those A**zon boxes hanging about!) This in no way a reflection of the NEW products you are buying, it is just for delivery.

Any problems...

Please contact us as soon as possible if you feel you have any problems with your order. This includes faulty or broken items or items not being delivered as expected. We will endeavour to fix your issues quickly.
